Dates
Early-bird entries until 11:59 pm Sunday 16 February 2025.
Regular entries until 11:59 pm Sunday 9 March 2025.
We have a permit limit of 400 rogainers. If we reach these numbers before 9 March, we will need to close entries early.
There will be NO late entries accepted after entries close on 9 March.
Entry fees
Full entry: Early bird $150, Regular $165 (after 16 Feb)
Concession: Early bird $120, Regular $135 (after 16 Feb)
Concession entry definition
Concession entries are full time student or concession/pension card holders.

Beeswax wrap
All rogainers entering the event will receive a commerative beeswax wrap featuring part of the course. We have left the controls off so it may not be helpful for planning but you can take your sandwiches or fruit cake out on course in it. It will be useful for post-event bragging in the lunch-room at work or to carry food on your many future rogaines too.
ACT Rogaining Association’s Refund policy
GENERAL REFUND PROVISIONS
The ACT Rogaining Association is a not for profit organisation run by volunteers and organises events to break even. A number of the major expenses are committed, such as catering and portaloos, leading up to the event based on the numbers of people entered. As such, our refund policy is as follows:
- Up to the Sunday 11:59 pm Sunday 9 March 2025: 100%.
- After closing of all entries: 0%.
CANCELLATION
If we cancel the event a full refund will be provided.
POSTPONMENT
If the event is postponed and you are unable to attend on the alternative date a full refund will be provided, if you advise us by the date stated on this page (probably 4-5 days before the alternative date). If you have not advised us by this date, you will not receive a refund.
